ABL Realisations Limited，Abacus Lighting Limited，上海安伯工业技术有限公司及上海安伯工业设备有限公司（原名上海艾伯克斯照明设备有限公司，以下简称“公司”）在此公告如下：

ABL Realisations Limited已将Abacus（“艾伯克斯”）及Abacus Lighting（“艾伯克斯照明”）品牌及相关的知识产权转让给Abacus Lighting Limited及其关联方。

ABL Realisations Limited已经于2015年4月22日将其持有的公司100%的股权转让给上海安伯工业技术有限公司，并且自2015年7月9日起公司的名称已正式由“上海艾伯克斯照明设备有限公司”变更为“上海安伯工业设备有限公司”。

公司不再是Abacus Lighting Limited集团的一部分，将停止使用任何为Abacus Lighting Limited及其关联方所合法拥有的任何商标、商号、专利、模具及其他知识产权。

ABL Realisations Limited, Abacus Lighting Limited, Shanghai Ambor Industries Ltd. and Shanghai Ambor Manufacturing, Ltd. (originally named Shanghai Abacus Lighting Ltd, hereinafter as the “Company”) hereby jointly make the following announcement:

ABL Realisations Limited had transferred the brand and trade name of Abacus and Abacus Lighting and their relevant intellectual property to Abacus Lighting Limited and its affiliates.

ABL Realisations Limited had transferred 100% equity interests of the Company to Shanghai Ambor Industries Ltd. on April 22nd, 2015. And the corporate name of the Company has been officially changed from “Shanghai Abacus Lighting Ltd.” to “Shanghai Ambor Manufacturing Ltd.” since July 9th, 2015.

The Company is no longer part of the Abacus Lighting Limited group and the Company will cease to use any trademark, trade name, patent, tooling and other intellectual property rights which are legally owned by the Abacus Lighting Limited and its affiliates.
